For those adventurers who have come to the aid of the people of Bolteen over the past year, need to made aware of a few changes to the landscape. Hopefully this can be updated and added to by others as I do not profess to have the full picture as yet.
In short the Deed of Bolteen was brought together and the resulting opportunity to right a great wrong was taken and as a result the evil that wreaked havoc upon the land for 10 years were stopped before they had begun. As such the landscape changed as a result and alternative history played out for those 10 years.
I complile this list for my own understanding as well as those who adventure in the Barony of Bolteen.
Places
The town of Bolteen - This is now a thriving town in which all the guildhouses can be found.
The town of Fortune - A bustling town of trade and opportunity which houses a church to the Maiden of Fate, and a shrine to the Maiden of Blades. It is also plagued by the Zombie Mound which sits on its outskirts.
Axirian Fortifications - Situation just upstream to Fortune, this fort is forming a strong defensive position and weaponry as the expense of the local forrest and intend to dam up the river to fuel this at the expense of the health and livelyhoods of the residence in Fortune.
The Village of Belltop - A hilltop self sufficient community which is a religious retreat and houses a Shrine to the Green Lord. Belltop over looks Fortune and its environs.
Blackwater Castle - Residence of Baron William Blackwater and is also a garrison of the knights Templer and the Black Order.
Town of Togmodden - A wealthy trading town to the west of Bolteen and is building trade routes both within Bolteen's towns and villages but also neighbouring Duchies, baronies and Earldoms.
Bytch Farm - a farm of cuuruption that spawns abominations to the Green Lord that kill or currupt the locals unfortunate enough to be caught in the surrounding area. It is situated near Fortune at the base of the hill of Belltop.
Dingle woods (formally the forrest of Wrong) - The power that fuelled its curruption is no longer so it has returned to the natural cycle.
Friends and Foes
Joinings - believed to be no more.
The Mummy that plagued Fortune - Believed to have never have been created.
Stella and her Pigs of War - Still evident in Bytch farm, War pigs sighted and vulnerabel to natural poisons.
The 2 Hags - No confirmed sightings, howefer the land that they leached no longer has the power they craved or drew them to the area.
The Cabal - No confirmed sightings or rumours, however the forrest of wrong is no longer.
Princess Ithronia - Beleived to be still resident in the area and has dragonkin forces at her disposal.
Cannibal gangs - The events that led to locals forces into cannibalism never happened.
Dr Tacademus and her golem - No confirmed sightings or rumours at this time.
Dark Elf horde - Well organised with access to warlocks and some are trained as such and are at war with the local Dwarves this has been the case for the last 3 years, in the new order. Their claimed territories or powerbase has yet to be known.
Ironfist Clan - Dwarven clan that is at war with the Dark Elf horde and has trapped the warzones heavily as part of the war. Their warzones are not mapped as yet but they were encountered in the lands between Bolteed and Fortune.
Fowlspawn warbands - The events that led to the fowlspawn conversions to the Green Lord did not occur, so warbands are now evident in the area.
